Surface Preparation
Every successful installation begins with a properly prepared surface. We take great care to ensure the concrete is structurally sound and ready to bond with our system. This includes:
- Industrial-grade grinding to remove old coatings, stains, and surface imperfections, exposing clean concrete.
- Deep cleaning and surface exfoliation to eliminate contaminants and open up the concrete pores for superior adhesion.
- Crack repair and patching of weak or damaged areas to ensure a level, stable base for the coating.

Base Coat & Flake Application
Once the surface is properly prepared, we begin the coating process:
- Application of a high-performance Polyaspartic or epoxy base coat, colored to your preference.
- While the base coat is still wet, we broadcast decorative flake chips to full coverage (broadcast to rejection). This creates a textured, slip-resistant surface and allows for a variety of custom colors and finishes.

Flake Reclamation & Surface Leveling
After the base coat has cured (depending on conditions), we:
- Remove excess, non-bonded flakes.
- Scrape and level the surface to create a consistent texture and smooth, even finish.
This step ensures the floor is both functional and visually appealing.

Clear Polyaspartic Topcoat
To seal and protect the flake layer, we apply a:
- Durable, Polyaspartic topcoat, which locks in the flake, enhances color, and provides long-lasting resistance to wear, chemicals, moisture, and impact.
This final coat adds a beautiful gloss finish while making the floor easy to clean and maintain.

Project Wrap-Up
Once your new flake floor is complete, we:
- Remove all materials, tools, and protective coverings.
- Thoroughly clean the project area, leaving your space spotless and ready to enjoy.
